Maximilian Glass
Maximilian Glass is a Berlin-based sound artist and experimental musician with a background in electroacoustic composition and free improvisation. His practice explores oscillatory processes and foregrounds listening as a creative act, taking shape through performances and installations that assemble electronic and acoustic instruments, objects, and materials into sonic landscapes in flux.
Installation:
Unfolding Intersections
A site-specific sound installation composed of recycled objects and materials, activated through shifting frequencies and varying states of vibration. These elements reveal their resonant qualities in dialogue with the acoustic character of the surrounding space.
The space functions as an expanded loudspeaker — one that visitors can enter, move through, and listen from within. Listening here becomes a physical and perceptual act, shaped by movement, proximity, and attention, where material, sound, and architecture continuously unfold into one another.
