One8 (The One Eight) is a Kathmandu-based multidisciplinary artist whose work moves between music, film, digital art, and live culture. Beginning as a guitarist in a metal band and writing rap from an early age, his creative path has been shaped by curiosity and constant reinvention rather than a fixed genre.

With over a decade behind the decks and experience as a former radio jockey, he developed an instinct for rhythm, narrative flow, and atmosphere. His background also spans film, advertising, event curation, and dance — each discipline quietly informing the others.

Rather than positioning himself within one scene, One8 gravitates toward experimentation and cross-pollination. His practice reflects a balance between structure and spontaneity, tradition and disruption — an evolving body of work shaped by sound, movement, and visual language.
